QF Incorporated (formerly Quartzfab) has specialized in precision quartz fabrication and servicing for more than four decades. We focus primarily on supporting Rapid Thermal Process (RTP) systems used in semiconductor manufacturing and related thermal processing applications.
Our team has extensive experience supporting RTP platforms from AG and AST, while also fabricating quartzware for a wide range of custom RTP systems and specialized thermal processing tools. In addition to supporting legacy platforms, we routinely manufacture new components, perform precision repairs, and clean quartzware used in demanding thermal environments.
